Therese M. Vita thrives in helping clients achieve breakthroughs in managing themselves, leading people, and leading organizations in an ever-changing world. With a broad range of business experience over her 30-year career, Therese brings unique insights and perspective to her clients. She has advised and coached clients in her former roles as an attorney, sales trainer, wealth management advisor, private banker and Certified Financial Planner™ professional.
Therese is certified in Leadership Coaching through the University of Buffalo Center for Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness, and also certified to administer personal and professional assessments.
She is a proud Alumna and Regent of LeMoyne College (‘85) in Syracuse, New York, with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and concentration in Organizational Development. She obtained her Juris Doctor from Albany Law School of Union University (‘88), where she was a Moot Court Coach. She no longer maintains her law license.
